How to get the Kidneys filtering, the first step of any detox
Get the kidneys filtering, and how to check it:
If you pee on a pH paper and get an alkaline pH, your kidneys are not getting rid of the acids, the waste products from your cells.
Instead of collecting all that crap inside the body, and wondering how to fix your painful inflammation and health problems, try a watery fruit lifestyle for a couple days (oranges, watermelon, lemon, dark grapes, etc...if you plan on doing this for 3 days or more, contact me first, it could be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing)
Then pee on the pH paper again, hopefully it is acidic. This means your body is getting rid of the acids (cellular waste....lymphatic/metabolic acid). Should be between 6.0 and 6.5, that is ideal urine pH (not talking about blood pH). But the number is not as important as the sediment in the urine sample. You could get sediment and have a pH of 7.0 or higher.
You want to see sediment in your pee as well. Might have to refrigerate your sample for up to 24 hours to let the sediments settle. But we did not need to refrigerate our sample. Especially if you took a sample the morning after a dry fast (will explain this later on the website)
Try it, experiment. By the way, FANTASTIC way to lose weight and get a 6 pack. Just make sure you get enough to eat, unless you know how to do to a fast properly.
The above picture is what stagnant lymph looks like. That white sediment is lymph. It is the fluid that carries a host of substances that need to be removed from the cells, as well as substances that are used to protect the cell. This picture is from my wife. It was taken after a week of almost strictly watery fruits, and then a 24-hour dry fast. The dry fast really "opens up the gates" on the kidneys and lets the body really get rid of waste. I got mine to filter without a dry fast, but not to the level as in the picture.
I had some cooked food cheats the week before I tried to get my kidneys to filter (my urine pH was an 8 from this, kidneys not filtering much acid at this level. But for the week after that, I ate mostly just oranges.
During this week, my kidneys were still not filtering. I remember it was Monday, and I was kind of upset with myself, because I wanted to get back on track with my kidneys filtering (because my wife was making me look bad at this point), so I took a ginger root juice shot and 2 lemon juice shots (so, 3 shots on that Monday, and stopped eating cooked foods. I did not take any herbs, except for the ginger root shots.
The next morning, my urine pH was a 6.4 with a lot of sediment in the urine sample.
Check yourself for allergies before attempting.
