This is the highest level of detoxification you can do. Good for you for even considering this, because you are going to really get in tune with your body. Fasting has gotten our kidneys filtering like no other method (and we did fruit and herbs for years). To get the true benefits of herbs, you must fast while doing them

What is Dry Fasting?
Dry fasting is not eating for a period of time. A Dry Dry is when you don't eat or drink anything, not even letting water touch you. So, showering, brushing teeth, washing your hands is a no no. The Fast that my wife and I do, and what Terry Crews does is called Intermittent Dry Fasting (fasting for an Intermittent period of time). When I refer to Dry Fasting, I am talking about Intermittent Dry Fasting.
What my wife and I do separate from Terry Crews, is that we do a deep cleanse. We have a drinking window everyday. You need this window for kidney support, helping the bowels move "stuff", and to cleanse and hydrate your cells. Then we don't eat at all during the fasting schedule.
Your kidneys will be working overtime in this process. You do not want to burn them out. This happened to the founder of the Master Fast System (Luigi Gino Di Serio) in the early days of his experiments. He spent 2 years bed ridden as a result. The finalized system takes into account protecting your kidneys
I have a patient that had many hip surgeries, and it is tough for her to move around. The doctors did not give her much hope. I adjusted her a couple times, with soft tissue/muscle work with great benefits.
